| The Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) is inviting qualified vendors to provide all aspects and costs of statewide test administration for the California Basic Education Skills Test (CBEST), California Subject Examinations for Teachers (CSET), and Reading Instruction Competence Assessment (RICA). Submission of written RFP questions will be accepted up until September 21, 2006 before 5 pm. The contract term is for 3 years with an option to extend up to 2 additional years. The RFP will be available on the CTC website at: www.ctc.ca.gov on August 18, 2006. |
