Trial Description
Purpose:
Antineoplastons are naturally-occurring substances that may also be made in the laboratory. Antineoplastons may inhibit the growth of cancer cells.
This phase II trial is studying how well antineoplaston therapy works in treating patients with advanced mesothelioma.

Treatment/Intervention:
Patients will receive infusions of antineoplastons six times a day for as long as benefit is shown. Patients will be evaluated regularly.
