The You Can Quit Smoking kit is a one-stop source for information to help smokers become tobacco-free. It contains guideline products designed for consumers that are available in English, Spanish, and easy-to-read formats.

Information in the kit is based on evidence from research on treatments and counseling that help patients quit using tobacco.
