Join the California African American Museum as Karani Marcia Leslie interviews NBA Hall of Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Mr. Abdul-Jabbar is a New York Times and Los Angeles Times best selling writer and has written six books. The interview will unveil his evolution as a scholar emphasizing his newly released audio CD book entitled: On The Shoulders of Giants: An Audio and Musical Journey through The Harlem Renaissance. He is also working on a documentary film. Both projects are based on the book of the same title.
