ETA Hosts Technology-Based Learning Forum in San Francisco; Registration Now Open for September 12 Event The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) will host a Technology-Based Learning Forum on September 12 in San Francisco. Attendees will learn how to: Advance learning and training opportunities for workforce development   Use technology to support learning   Address barriers and develop solutions to encourage e-learning.
