The Contractor agrees to provide temporary lodging and meal services in a safe, clean, drug-free environment for parolees under the jurisdiction of the California Department of Corrections' and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Division of Adult Parole Operations (DAPO), Region I, Fresno. Contractor’s facility must be located in the City of Fresno and must be able to accommodate up to ten (10) male and/or female parolees per day. The Contractor must provide these services in one (1) facility, which must be located within the City of Fresno.
All bidders must participate in the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) process and complete the required worksheet package. Applicable licenses are required: Community Care License, Conditional Use Permit (CUP) or local jurisdiction zoning letter, and a California business license.
