This is a Master Agreement where the Contractor agrees to provide all labor, staff, transportation, license, permits and every other item of expense necessary to provide Mobile Ultrasound Testing on an as-needed basis to treat any inmate/patient referred for such medical services at any California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) referred for such services by the CDCR. Services shall be provided upon request and direction of the Health Care Manager/Chief Medical Officer (HCM/CMO) or designee.
Bids are to be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on November 26, 2007; however, the actual opening of the bids will take place at 10:00 a.m. on November 27, 2007.
