The Board of Directors of the 32nd District Agricultural Association in releasing this RFP intends to award a contract for the purpose of Entertainment Producing Services at the Pacific Amphiteatre for the Orange County Fair & Exposition Center from January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2009 with three (3) one-year options to renew. The agreement options are to be exercised independently and at the sole discretion of the District. Certification of satisfactory performance is required.
The Pacific Amphitheatre is an 8,500-seat open-air venue, located on the grounds of the Orange County Fair & Exposition Center (OCFEC) in Costa Mesa, CA and owned and operated by the 32nd District Agricultural Association, an agency of the State. The vision of the amphitheatre is to "provide the people of Southern California and especially Orange County residents a quality entertainment venue that can support a variety of cultural, educational, and entreating events and experiences."
