The California Department of Insurance is soliciting proposals for the selection of a prime contractor to provide debt collection services. Proposer organizations must have been in the debt collection service for at least five (5) years, and must have at least one California office. Proposer must provide one contract manager with at least five (5) years debt collection experience. RFP copies must be downloaded from this site.
