The following Scope of Work pertains to services to be provided by the successful bidder. All services relate to the analysis of soil, water, and other liquid and solid samples collected from sites in the State of California within the jurisdictions of DTSC.
Contractor shall provide contract services requested by DTSC’s Contract Manager. A Sample Analysis Request (SAR) form shall accompany all samples to the Contractor. The SAR will identify the tests to be performed on specifically identified samples and will provide the required chain-of-custody documentation. Such services shall be provided to the satisfaction of DTSC. Contractor shall furnish personnel, services, materials, and equipment as authorized by an Agreement to accomplish all chemical analyses or tasks assigned by DTSC.
